Support Help with Pulse

    hi all need help.
    my t-mobile pulse phone ran out of charged today just charged t up and now when i press the botton on the side to lock the screen it won't lock it

    any ideas Please help me asap

  2. Welcome to the forms, emma.

    That issue can sometimes occur when the battery has been too fully discharged prior to recharging. A few things to restore the lock button functionality include a simple reboot (shut the phone off, then wait a minute, then turn it back on), a live battery pull (with the phone on, remove the battery, wait a minute then replace it) and a factory data reset (menu > privacy > factory data reset).

    I think you'll have it resolved before having to do the reset. ;)
