    Hi
I've successfully installed a ROM a few days ago and now I have seemed to have lost the ability! I have a rooted nexus 7, teamwin boot thingy (yes I'm a newb), paranoid android and 7 zipper. I've copied the ROM over to the nexus as before, tried to open it in file explorer and it says PDF can't be read. My PC tells me its a zip file. Do I need to flash it, if so, how. Also 7zipper says no if I try to unzip directly through this app.
Just need to get this down and then I'm sweet. Cheers in advance

Roms have to be flashed from your recovery. Boot into fast boot (hold vol down + power) and go to your recovery. From there you can select a zip to flash. You'll most likely need to wipe your device first, unless it's a very similar rom or update of the same version.

Wipe the device doesn't mean erasing all data though? Does it?

It will wipe apps as such, but will leave anything in the internal sdcard folder untouched. It won't completely wipe the device like unlocking the bootloader or flashing a factory image through the bootloader does.

    Quick question on this........

How does it affect having a second user?

For instance,I believe that pictures on the main user(administrator) would be safe, but what about all the others on any second our third users pictures?

    :)
