Help with the "N64oid" app?

I recently downloaded the N64oid app, and I'm having some trouble running it. I can open the app and it lets me look for what ROM to select, but when I select it I get this notification saying, "N64oid is running in the background".

Now, I've read that the developer took it off the market, and I'm not quite sure how or when I downloaded it... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

(As a side note, I'm running the app on a Motorola Droid X with Froyo 2.2 I believe.)

It was taken off the market by the developer. I believe you can get it in his website for free now.
