So I've just gotten rid of my iPhone for a new Galaxy 7so Edge. I'm a total newbie when it comes to using the phone but so far I really like it. I need help with transferring my photos and videos from my iPhone to the new phone. I was able to transfer most of the photos via the Samsung switch applease, however it improperly imported the photos and completely muddled many of the dates and locations on the photos. Also I cannot view any of my videos. All I can see is black. Any help is greatly appreciated.
