help!

I just got my phone a few weeks ago and I am a computer moron so it's taking me a long time to figure things out.
PLUS:
I just touched something in the settings part of my phone and now everything is in russian or something. How do I set it back to english???

I would take it to your carrier's store immediately. They'll fix it quickly. However, if you post this problem on your phone's sub forum, someone will help you, there.
