Hello all my droid has recently started acting up. I can receive calls and call out but I cant hear anything. At first I thought it was because the network was down but that's not the case. I then check to see if mute was on and the volume was up. Everything seems fine but maybe someone can point me into the right direction.

Did you try a software reset?

Ive tried that and still nothing

This happened to me twice. Rebooting the phone fixed it.

I'm going to try it again and if it wont work I'm going to see if i can exchange for a new one.

how old is the phone?

its brand new like 30 days old

Within 30 days you can swap for any phone.

well hopefully it is I have to look at the receipt and see when I got it
