Hi. I have a Samsung Galaxy S, which I managed to drop in water today - D'oh! I've removed the battery, shaken it out and it's currently sitting in a bowl of rice on top of my pc monitor. How long should I leave it before trying to turn it on? And is there anything else I should be doing? Also, I have looked everywhere for the water damage indicators and can't find them - does anyone know where they are? There isn't one either on or underneath the battery. Thanks for your help!

it should be in a enclosed plastic bag... so the rice will absorb the moisture in the phone.. not in the air.

2 days or more... more is better

you will have to take it apart to find the stickers .
