Root Help!!!

ok so i have a ascend rooted with set cpu clockwork and rom manager
was running on stock software however i
just downloaded the cm7 rom from the clockwork mod and now my phone goes to the lock screen and restarts i cant get into my phone at all what do i do anyone know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE use the search option before starting new thread to help keep the forum nice and neat, also more infor is needed, where did you download you cm7 from? what did you do before this problem occurred?
