I've just got a Samsung II Galaxy having always had a Blackberry and now I can't sync my outlook contacts from my PC to the phone. I read that I have to download Kies but all I can see on my phone (under applications) is Kies Air - is this the same thing? And it says I have to use WiFi to make it work....Can anyone help?! Think I might have to revert to blackberry if I can't get it worked out!

    Thank you!

you really need to ask this in the phone's particular sub-forum.. the users there will have the knowledge to help you.

I would think you can go to samsung's website for the right solution. might just need some update to get it to work

Hello and welcome to Android Forums! :)

Dan is right. Because the Galaxy S2 classification covers different models from different carriers, the forums have been split so not to cause any confusion. Select the forum appropriate to your phone.

    Samsung Galaxy S2 (T-Mobile) - Android Forums

You can sync outlook via Kies, or kies air, but it's better in the long run to connect your outlook to gmail and sync that way. In any case we'll help you set it up.
