Ok so i was trying to recover my Lg Optums V and the screen poped up and i just hit the home button and nothing happend so i hit more buttons and now there is a screen with a hat and a yellow arrow and its froze it wont turn off or anything i dont know whats wrong
. I'm guessing all you need to do is pull the battery out. Wait a minute and then replace it. This will cause the phone to do a reboot and that normally clears out such problems as you are experiencing. If that doesn't help, I suggest you check out the discussion area we have for your phone.
