just now my android turned off i tried to turn it on but its not turnig on just showing the ( THE PRESTIGIO ART HI-TECH and i tried to reboot it and tryed to format all the files bu the formatig bugged for 1 hr soo restarted it and now i cant even open the menu page HELP what i need to do
