I am trying to update my Moment but I'm having problems even getting a driver onto my computer. When I plug my phone into the USB it charges the phone. I went to settings, applications, development and checked USB debugging. The computer found the hardware and says I need to install driver software. I click on Locate and Install driver software but it doesnt find anything. I do not have a disc so what do I do????

Without knowing what operating system you are running, what you are trying to update to...etc... it is hard to tell. I would recommend going to
SDX-Developers Forum - Index and use the search tool to search for usb drivers. I know there is a link there to a really good windows 7 driver tutorial.
Also, make sure the debug stayed unchecked.
