Help Helpppp!!! How to unfreeze my sumsung pre

I have a samsung prevail from boost mobile and it froze up on me i tried resetting it and takin the battery out while its on none of the two seem to work can someone help me??

Does it get to the samsung logo and just stay there?
does it turn of and back on continually?

what you will likely need to do is use odin and you can even have it rooted, or go back to stock.

It loads up and everything but when i touch the screen nothing moves. I cant unlock my phone or nothing.
