I am avoiding an upgrade on my ATT phone (Aria that keeps rebooting) so
I bought a Chinese Hero H4000. Back of phone says 4GLTE but AT&T would not switch the plan from Smartphone Datapro 2GB to Datapro 4G 2GB. Both plans are the same price. I pay for the service but can't receive it. I pay about $200 per month with them (at this time).

They claim it is a non-ATT device and won't add it to the database.

    Any work around?

That's probably because its not a 4G LTE phone (or at least not compatible with AT&T's 4G network).

So you are probably stuck with what you got. You have to be pretty careful with Chinese stuff. They aren't exactly well known for being the most honest types around.

Yes. Looks nice but doesn't exactly perform. I wonder how the return policy is? LOL

Well, first response from China was "hello, friend, please send video of problem"...so I will get my son to try and video the lag time touch response issue, the missing lights where home, menu, return and search are and the European plug that doesn't work in USA.
