Oddly enough, they do! Or atleast my local one does. There is a small kiosk type stand that's sells phones and accessories.

thanks to this site, I was lucky enough to take advantage of bestbuy.com's cyber monday special last year for $69.99. this price drop is normal in the cell phone world.

The even more messed up thing about that is that those kiosks are ran by radio shack.

+1 for Sam's Club. They do offer Sprint phones and most kiosks wave the activation fee, plus there are no mail in rebates (at least here in Raleigh, NC). So conceivably you can get an HTC Hero for $50 straight up! It's an AWESOME deal considering 2.1 is coming out soon. Hopefully all the bearable kinks will have been worked out and you can get a brilliant phone at an unbelievable price.

Stick that in your pipe and smoke it ATT
