i know i saw it here . but i remember there being a website in which you could download apps without using the market . Does any one knows that website so that i can go . since I rooted my phone and have the 2.1 beta and lost my paid apps and cant find it on the market .

Use barcode scanner to scan the code.

the 2.1 beta can screw up your use of the market if you tried to sign in with your normal sign-in details as explained in this thread: [RESOLVED] Market problems anyone? - xda-developers

Usually, on Anrolib, you can go to the official website on the right of each app's page, and download the app from the dev's website, then push it to your phone using the kitchen or HTC sync.

As far as I know, that's the only site that tracks the Market in any real way

the 2.0+ ROM's are out there more for Dev's than anything right now, so there's multiple people working on the issues with those ROM's. By the look of things, there's a pretty good chance we'll have a completely working 2.0+ ROM very soon, and even faster if HTC releases the full kernel they need.
