Hi all, I've been an Android user since September 2009 (Verizon Galaxy S), and that phone is why I'm writing today.
This evening, I used the "check for software updates" feature to install Android 2.3 onto my Galaxy. After the phone rebooted, it became stuck on the "Samsung" screen that displays immediately before the Verizon screen and the phone's own main menu. In addition, the bottom buttons on my Galaxy remain illuminated, and the phone is unresponsive to repeated efforts to reboot it.
Any idea what I should do to rectify the situation and return my phone to working order?
