Help 'hi galaxy' wake up command not working

Hello,

I have a note 3 n900. I got a minor update of my OS yesterday and since then the hi galaxy wake up command from the locked screen has stopped working. If you open s Voice app it works fine but not when screen is off. It was working perfectly till only 2 days ago. I've checked the settings and restarted the phone to no avail. Please let me know if you guys face this issue. Possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing has happened to me on my Note 3. Checked settings and all looks ok. Did you find out anything?

Have you tried jiggling the handle? I had exact same problem. I rebooted, didn't fix. I went into the Wakeup settings and turned the feature off, then on, then rebooted, and it works fine now. Go figure.

Yup,,,,,tried that too. Nothing. It doesn't wake up. Argh!

But I finally got it to work. I went into the S voice settings and deactivated the wake up command option. Then, I restarted the phone, and reactivated the wake up command option. It worked.

most Note 3 problems solve themselves with a reboot. not sure how though. just last week my 4G would drop and my 3G would connect, but the apps instantly timed out saying 'no internet connection' and the arrows under the 3G would not flash one bit. turning on Airplane Mode and then turning it back off would get 4G (and internet) back until it dropped to 3G again, and no connectivity. reboot and it was fine in 4G and 3G. not sure why it needed a restart though.
