Hi, I'm an old fart but a new member here.

I want to root my Thunderbolt but I have never attempted this on any phone before, so I am a little concerned. I want to find the most solid (and of course easy) method to do this. I plan to read through the suggestions on the forum, but if anyone has any advice for a newbee I am open.

Oh, about me. I'm an old fart (just retired from managing a computer support team for a school district.)
