hi
i have an htc desire hd stuck on htc logo while it in ota upgrade and its not boot up any more and i try to wipe data and factory format its same
i can going into hboot and fastboot right now
and this is all info about my pda

so please help me to find the correct ruu with same or higher version or any way to back it to life

Just for security purposes, I've removed your serial and IMEI.

I've not had much luck unfortunately, carrier branded RUU's can be quite hard to come by.

You might be able to sort it out by installing a custom ROM (should be doable with the phone in it's current state), is that an option?

its not rooted and its s on
i cant flash custom room
i try to unlock bootloader from htcdev and its not worked for me because incompatible software (cant getting the info that there want from cmd)
so unfortunately the only way to back it to life is the stock compatible ruu
