New Droid 3 owner here, just checking in. Came from the Droid OG, and am quite happy with the design and speeds of this thing. First time using Blur (or whatever this skin is called) and honestly not so bad imo, but I hate the pre-installed bloat. Can't wait for ICS!

Root your phone and freeze the bloatware. If you use petes one click method to root and download bloat freezer and you're good to go. If I can do it, anyone can haha. Once you freeze something it doesn't show up in the app drawer. It is like it never existed. Make sure you know what you are freezing though as freezing the wrong thing will give your phone a brain freeze and will hate you. It can brick your phone. There are tips as to what you can and can't freeze throughout the forums.
