Would love to.. If you are wanting to start a new thread, it's a blue tab at the top left of the forum you are on. Just above the sticky notes. There is a box or outline running all around the threads... it's just above that on your left.

Gotcha! but when i click that, they said i don't have permission to access that page. why?

I don't know what page you are trying to access. You should be able to post anywhere on these forums. There are some threads you can't post to though. Where are you trying to post?
