FWIW, on my Nexus 6P (where I do have Bluetooth turned on), it's doesn't show as a separate, detailed entry in the Battery details screen.
I don't often have it connected, so it looks like even polling/checking for nearby BT devices (if it actually explicitly does that) doesn't seem to use significant CPU or battery resources.
@stuarta, do you often have it connected to a device?
Also, that screenshot you posted doesn't really indicate over what time its reporting things (slightly misleading information screen, IMO ), so those could be okay/normal stats depending on if you were actually using BT and it was over an extended period of time...
Sorry yep forgot to add that. Was short period while connected to my car. It doesn't normally show that high and yesterday I think the battery stats were confused as Bluetooth was the only line item. This was for a 15min journey and 2 min call
