Help Home Application Error

I have been a problem with my phone lately. Every time i press on the home button, there is a pop up. The pop up says " the application home (process com.acer.android.breeze.launcher) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. After i push force close, it still keeps popping up and i can't access anything on my phone. Can anyone help me with this problem?

I just had the same problem with my samsung galaxy ace (application samsung home) ,anyone can help us? Is this a smartphone?,I already used just for couple days and it's happened.. Very dissapointed, maybe ios and bb os much2 better
