Homepage Shortcuts - Lock in place?

Possible to lock down shortcuts on the 3 home pages? I seem to always loose them or move them or delete them by accident with my fingers while navigating around.

I don't think you can. There might be an option for this with one of the various home replacement apps, but I'm pretty sure it's not available by default.
