Homepage Site Navigation

At&t Android z992; It has a selection under the HomePage menu for selecting 'Site Navigation'. This sets the default browser to a page of icons in which you can define a url for each icon. When you select an icon for the first time it opens an edit window to enter the url. The problem/question is, how do you edit/change the icons information? I cannot find any method to reopen the edit window.
