Hot Spot App

    I was using Foxfi to create a hotspot so I could connect to my laptop. But Foxfi is no longer free (after a few minutes trial). Could you please recommend a free Hotspot app? Thank you.

    Are you in a country that forces you to pay an additional fee to use tether on your phone? Because I don't use an app, just the built in function.

    If you got FoxFi from Google Play or Amazon App Store, you should still have it available even though it has since changed from free. It should be listed in your account at these two lists if you got it from Play:

    Barnacle will do the job too, but only as an ad-hoc network, so some devices might be unable to connect:

    There are plenty of others if you search for wifi tether:

    I think I've had luck with this one before:
    but it lists as incompatible on Play for me so I have to get it from Amazon instead.

    Yes Google play store will be helpful for you and your family!!!!since it changed free so many users using it for hot spot!!!
