Hot Spot Gateway log in, save

Is there a way to have log in info saved and remembered when coming back into a hot spot gateway?

I have to connect to a hot spot gateway that requires you to enter a user name and password into a browser web page. After leaving the site for some time you have to re-log in when you get back onto the network, leaving all of the apps useless until opening up the browser and logging in again.

I assume this would be an issue at most hotels too.
