I just need to know if the newest update from 4.1.2 is Jelly Bean or not ? If it is, I'm not going to update because it will kill my pdanet/foxfi usb tether through Tmobile.

Can someone just confirm that this phone has got 4.3 in its newest update ?

The update does not change the Android version, it remains 4.1.2.

Just to let everyone know, if you're on tmobile, once you reach 500mb they cut off your mobile hotspot but you can use foxfi and switch it to "hide tether useage" to level 1 and you're good to. You will need to upgrade to pro foxfi in order to get unlimited with no cutoffs.

On any phone when they update you to 4.3 they break this fix that gives you what you pay for, truly unlimited data. :)

    Happy tethering!
