how can I back up a single game or program with data

Hello and thanks to all of you that make it easy to do the things we do to our phone and not turn them into paper weights. Now I have a question, titanium backup is a great program that backs up all your phone's apps, but sometimes I don't want it to restore all it backed up in that back up. What if I just want to back up a single game or app with it's up-to-date data with out using the cloud or what ever it uses to back its self up, is their something I can use to back it up to my sd card or to my pc, cuz I've had it trying to restore a game and not being able to it because I'm not connected to a wifi connection.
It makes me mad sometimes, but I know the answer out there some where.

Titanium Backup can back up a single app with its data if you just tell it to do it. It will backup to your phones external or internal SD if you just set the location. When you restore you can select to restore with data or just the app. You don't have to be connected to WiFi or anything to use it.

Thank you I'll give it a try and keep messing with it I'm still trying to understand a few things on how it works with out losing recent data I've acquired.

Under the backup/restore tab, where you see the list of apps you have on your phone, scroll down to the app you want and tap on it. That will bring up the menu where you can then click on backup. Under preferences you can set your backup folder location.
