My Flash N9500 is rooted but still has stock rom (I don't think there are any other roms for Flash)...

I'm inexperienced--- hoping there's an obvious solution that will make me go DOH!

I want to make a nandroid image. Is there a way to do it without a recovery? I searched for a Flash recovery till I got fried... unfortunate name, Flash. There are apps & forum posts for nandroid without recovery, but I don't know if how phone-specific they are. Unsure if phone could get bricked trying them out.

    Any suggestions?

BEWARE: If you're looking for a recovery, at present (1/5/14) there are a couple of google results listed for ZTE Flash or Sprint Flash. The links say xda but they're fake. The "threads" even have faux replies (all positive, of course!) As always, look before leap!

but there is on recovery for this phone that dose work was made by someone on this forum and its fastboot commands you can get the images but someone has one posted already in this forum but when pulling files or system it wont brick you if you have adb open it than type adb devices than adb pull system but that only pulles your system as open files but what you probably want is a nandroid wich i used a app called orange or o backup it works perfect but you need to be rooted

I think I see the one you are talking about. I'm still too ignorant about phones to know what I'm looking at sometimes. Do you mean this one: CWM beta

I don't understand parts of it, but I'll look and ask. Not sure what fastboot is but I do have root & ADB. If it's a command prompt thing maybe it won't be too hard :p
