Does anyone know how to save purchased apps to SD card?
you can do a backup of the applications via some form of back up program. There are lots.
Also when you purchase an app its automatically locked to your gmail account.
So if my wife and I use the same gmail account for just apps then theoretically we only have to buy the app once? How would we put it on both of our phones?
Thats a great question. I honestly have NO Clue...
You and your wife share the same contacts? Talk about TRUST. lol
Sounds like all you need to do on both phones is go into the market and should be under downloads. To be honest i dont know for sure how it works i stick with the free apps.
I'm not that crazy!! I would just use one gmail account for apps and then sync my contacts with my regular account.
I know on iPods you just have to download one app and you can share on different devices, but i wasn't sure if it worked the same way with Androids.
Free and easy way to save apps is called AppMonster. Saves to /installs apps to/from sd card unless they are protected. Those will not save to the sd card.
Purchases I believe are for individual G-mail accounts. Most likely unable to share one purchased app.
