    I have the EVO.

And let me tell you, this is the best smartphone I have ever owned.

    It's huge, it's fast, it's unbelieveable.

How could people ever complain about this phone?

Who exactly are these people? What exactly are they looking for?

By the way Florida people, I was told we're getting 4G in November/December.

That's the first thing that came to my mind. What exactly are people looking on a smartphone when they complain about this masterpiece.

Because EVO IS A MASTERPIECE of equipment.

Also I think it depends on what phones you had before this. I am so on the fence with this phone, but think I may try it for 30 days and go from there. I am really looking for a change from the iphone, and Apple does not seem to be doing anything different with this new iphone coming out (eventhough there are not any details officially).

So am welcoming the move to android.

I had G1 before and I was very happy with the change.

I actually take back what I said about complaining about this phone.

I haven't purchased a screen protector yet, screen is very dirty with my fingerprints now....I think I will return phone.

Those are the people that I read the most absurd excuses to return this beautiful phone.

the pro2 is still tops to me and i have been with ppc phones since the first one on sprint.. (hitachi g1000). the only thing i miss on the evo is a physical keyboard. if it had a keyboard i would probably drop down to one phone... since it does not i will hang on to two phones (in this case the pro2 and now the evo) as i have been doing for years...

All I will say is first in line, first out with Evo from Sprint. Typing this on phone. Coming from Hero, Evo is just amazing.

It's easy to complain! Most people will come here to complain although they are actually very happy, in general (like me). I complain about every smartphone that doesn't have a USB OTG (host port) active out of the box. It's a feature every phone has had in the past 5+ years (in the chip sets) but the handset manufacturers (for various reasons) have not incorporated the necessary drivers and/or hardware to make it useful.

So there, I complained (although the EVO is the best smartphone I've ever had and I've tried a lot... I don't even know if I could list them all!).
