Are you trying to use the same phone on ATT as you did on Verizon?

If so, thats going to be the issue

Previous carrier Verizon w 3g/4g LTE (cdma)

Purchased Straight Talk BYOP $45.00 Unlimited plan
Replaced Verizon sims card with provided Straight Talk sims GSM card (using ATT Towers in Sonora, CA area)
Samsung Rep. claimed Samsung S 3 is international phone with "duel technology" and can use either the CDMA sims card (Verizon) network or GSM sims card (ATT) network.
Now the signal is strong, but the speed is a SLUG and does not seem to connect
to the internet, let alone to 3-4G. Connects to an E & or G. (??? old Tech?)

Programs apps do not upgrade get error message on download.
Phone works, Texts work, Gmail Works.

Any thoughts from the Experts -- is there a fix?
