How do I access my address book in MailDroid?

The title says it all. Do you know how I access my address book/contact list in MailDroid? I can only manually type emails but cannot add an existing contact from what I see.

HTC Evo. So frustrating because other than that I think I like Maildroid better than any other email app so far.

I really don't understand why this happens to you guys. Does the auto-suggest not work or is it that it is not pulling from your local address book?

its not pulling from address book. if i reply to an email, it stores the email address and it suggestes it for the next time. but if i compose a new e-mail to someone i have never e-mailed before, it does not pull it from the address book.

It is not accessing my address book--- there is no auto-suggest that i can locate.

The mail droid app gets contact information from the google contacts on your phone. You can manage, update and delete these contacts from your Gmail account. Then go into your phones Settings, under Accounts choose -> Google -> Accounts -> YourAccountName. Click on the "Contacts" item in the list to refresh your contacts. Force restart mail droid or reboot your phone and maildroid will pull the updated contacts.
