How do I add more storage room to my LG Optimus F3?

This is what my phone tells me:
Chrome
Insufficient storage available
YouTube
Insufficient storage available
Instagram
Insufficient storage available

and so on.

I don't have a lot of apps but it seems like they take up most of the space and I don't want to delete them. How can I add more storage so these messages don't keep popping up?

Add an SD card, and move all the apps that can be moved to the SD Card. Also clearing cache regularly can help a lot with low memory problems.
