How do I block calls on Jelly Bean?

Is it possible to block calls on Jelly Bean?

I've been searching everywhere for this solution. I use to block calls on Gingerbread and ICS but I can't find where to do it on Jelly Bean.

I hope someone can help me out. Thanks!

How did you do it within the OS....Ive been blocking numbers using my Google voice.

You can send specific callers directly to voicemail in jelly bean, just like you could with gingerbread, but I don't know of a native way to block calls in any version of Android.
