I'm new to Android and bought my first app via Google Wallet a few days ago (I would prefer to be billed by my phone account but that's another story). Anyway the app developer charged my credit card twice*. I've contacted them twice but they haven't replied. I have tried to find somewhere on the Google Wallet site to contact support but all I can find is this useless page which goes nowhere: https://support.google.com/wallet/bin/request.py?contact_type=contact_policy&policy=wallet_general From what I can see Wallet is still a very rudimentary system which should still be in beta. I rate it even lower than the Nokia store which is bad enough and let's not even mention PayPal. *The doulble charge is not referring to the initial $2 temporary charge Google puts on to test the validity of the credit card.
