Nope, it's most likely a cheap 2GB card hacked to report as 64. Return it if possible, otherwise throw it away and buy a real one from a reputable vendor (preferably a local well-known store).

You can't.

In principle you could reprogram the fake card to report its true capacity, rather than the 64GB that it doesn't contain. That would be a "fix" in the sense that the phone would know when the card was full and not overwrite the data that are already on it. But you would be left with a lower capacity card than you need, probably much lower.

Nothing you do will actually give you the space you paid for though, because the card physically doesn't contain that much storage. So in practice the real solution is to buy a genuine card and learn from this experience (avoid online marketplaces when buying memory cards, and if the price looks suspiciously good then be suspicious).

If you buy a 5 liter bucket that is marked "25 Liters" on it, nothing you do will force that bucket to hold more than 5 liters.

Well you cant use a USB flash on a phone or tablet unless you get an adapter. The whole conversation never mentioned a flash drive. It's about a fake sd card.
