Hi, I recently tried to root the Sprint Galaxy Note II via chainfires method (SPH-L900) on 4.3 jellybean version, but once the rooting process was finished I can't seem to get supersu to work. I searched some threads and people were saying to update supersu, but I can't do it. I don't have that option, nor will it let me uninstall. Any help or advice would greatly be appreciated!

Define "can't seem to get supersu to work". What are you expecting it to do? It really won't do much until an app asks for root access.
