Help How do i fix Unforunately google account manager has stopped working other apps have same message

I have a galaxy s3 i have just recently did a back up and reset also cleared the cache now that i'm trying to setup the phone im getting these error messages unfortunately google account manager has stopped working other apps do the same youtube and hangouts. Im unable to get past the samsung galaxy welcome page with the accessibility options every time i press next it comes up with error message and i get taken back to the same page. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be much appreciated thanks
