How do I get pictures off HTC Incredible?

Hi,

I'm new here. Can anyone tell me how to get pics and videos off of my phone and onto my PC??? I downloaded V CAST but the phone doesn't show up on the left side. When I go into the folder on my machine, there are no images in it. Is there an easy way to do this???

Welcome to Android Forums Gerry.

The easiest way is to plug your phone into the PC and turn on USB storage. Your phone will mount as a removable drive. Look for the folder called DCIM for the pictures. I'm not sure if the video files will be there as well. It may also depend on the app you use to record video and take pictures.
