    Thank you Brian, but it doesn't seem to work.
    There's no "Universal Touch" or anything similar in the Accessibility section in my phone.

    It's an LG G4 Android 5.1

    Can't you long-press on it, then choose uninstall? Or delete?

    Was there anything turned on under accessibility? What I found online said it was universal touch on the LG gpad... Figured it would be the same on the g4 but perhaps it goes by a different name now or applies to other accessibility items?

    Edit:
    Try turning off "Accessibility Shortcut" if you have that.

    Look for something called 'Touch Assistant"...............
    You may have to dig around in the accessibility settings,but,all other LG devices seem to have this there,under one name or another..................
