how do I install a Jad or rar file on my phone?

Hi everyone,
Ive got a game i want to install on my phone, its in a file as a jad (i also have a rar version) but i have no idea how to get this installed in my phone so it will run.

Can someone help me please
(when I say help, i mean step by step easy to understand instructions not just one line advice i dont even understand please!)

Android doesn's support Java apps for some reason, There are some apps that supposedly let you run Java but from my experience with them they are completely useless, I can't even remember what the apps were called.
