How do I install GB's Update.zip file on a stock phone?

I downloaded the file for unrooted (stock) phones and saved it to my SD card main directory. I believe I have to turn the phone off then turn on holding the home key, then release home and press search... Can anyone help me out? I downloaded the file for stock phones within the official GB release thread. Or I could wait until tomorrow...

Never mind... I tried and it seems to be working... (gulp)

Good luck. Works great on my stock non-root X. It was a little scary in the beginning though. If it seems really slow, give it a reboot or two.
