How do I install NeatROM 4.8?

Hi, i recently rooted my phone, using the dummie guide here. I have a SGS2 i19100, and I want the NeatROM 4.8. My Android version is 4.1.2

I have downloaded it, but how do i install it?

Please, quick replys would be VERY appreciated.

I hope im doing this right. I put the rom in my sdcard, went into CWM recovery, wiped data/factory reset, then i installed the ROM from sdcard

edit: Im stuck on NeatROM boot loading page...

Try wiping Cache Partion and Dalvik cache in Recovery Mode and then reboot.

do what ironass suggested.

if problem doesn't sort out then try following:
1. go to recovery
2. wipe cache partition
3. wipe dalvil cache
4. Wipe Data/factory reset
5. format /system
6. format /preload
7. then again try to flash NeatROM from ur internal SD card
8. reboot

see what happens.
if u again get stuck on boot then maybe u had a bad download.

if u have any other firmware downloaded (non stock) and copied on phone internal sd , then try to flash that from recovery.

otherwise, go to download mode and flash stock firmware via odin.
then re-root and again download NeatROM and flash.

Its working but the phone is very laggy..

Can i install another rom with rom manager straight from the phone?

Go to recovery.
Wipe cache partition.
Scroll down to "advanced"
Here wipe dalvik cache and fix permission.
Reboot.

Lagging should be sorted out.
