How Do I remove Custom Roms and get my galaxy fit back to normal

I have a galaxy fit and I installed about 4 different types of Customs roms because in each rom I would find I couldnt use a certain app or it wouldnt let me access my cellphones 3G. I currently have AOKP v4 on my cel. I would want to know if theres a way to remove the custom rom and get my cel back to normal again. Thank You.

if you have a stock flash, do that. Ask the people in your phone's section about finding a stock package.

Wipe your data and such and then flash the nandroid of your stock backup.

The first thing you did before flashing a custom ROM is make a backup of your stock ROM. If you never did your best bet is to look in the forum for your device and hope someone has one for you to use.
