Help How Do I Replace LG MyTouch T 4G LCD/Digitizer?

Hello,

I have the replacement screen and tools to replace it but cannot find a tutorial online anywhere describing/showing how to disassemble and reassemble the phone with the aim of replacing the LCD/Digitizer. The only information I can seem to find is on the MyTouch Q or HTC versions.

Can anyone please help me?
