How do I stop my phone from updating to 2.3.6?

    I read here about the update and I checked for one. And it downloaded of. The. I kept reading and saw that the update sucks. Now I don't want to install it. I've postponed for 8 hours 3 different times. And the last time it said it will update automatically on the next to
    E. I like 2.3.4. How can I stay here and not let it update?

    Unrooted stock phone. Regular galaxy s2 for att.

    The update works fine for me. Battery life is identical for me and my girlfriend. Not sure what causing others to have the android system using more resources then the display glitch though.

    I just don't wanna risk it.

    I ended up having to root it. Then I bought Titanium Backup Pro. And I froze the Device Management app (or something similar.. it had the same icon, so I chose that one) then I restarted my phone, and no more pop ups. When a new OTA comes up, I'll unfreeze and update to that one (if its good, lol)

    Yeah my wife is still complaining about the update, her battery life has been way worse since the update.

    I just clean wiped my phone

    will i get Update automaticly or i need to click on Software update ?

    I have Att SGS2
