Help How do I turn of voice call announcement?

I want to use the new ringtones that I made with Ringdroid. Some of the contacts are working but others will say "call from xxxx". I know I turned this on at some point but for the life of me, I can figure out how I did it and how to UNDO it!

after spending about an hour this afternoon with LG tech support and looking at every screen in my settings....I figured out that it was a conflict with an old app I had on the phone which I THOUGHT I had uninstalled (Whosit). Now that it is off the phone, it's all good.
